We were delighted to be greeted with Japanese sweets and matcha tea upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The traditional Japanese aesthetic of the rooms, complete with comfortable beds, made us feel right at home. The 24hr baths were a highlight, providing a relaxing and clean space to unwind. The breakfast was incredible, offering delicious and beautifully presented Japanese cuisine. we had an exceptional stay at this delightful and unique accommodation that truly captures the feeling of being a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay in this traditional Japanese inn. the location was perfect as we were just a few minutes' walk away from the main plaza and other tourist spots. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, carrying our luggage to our rooms. We enjoyed the luxurious private hot spring baths on the first floor, and the clean and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds.

The cash-only policy which was not unusual in the area.

The location couldn't be better, as it's really close to the centre of Kusatsu and famous places. Plus, it's near the train station and the bus station, which made getting around a breeze. The service from the staff was impeccable, they were warm and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two twin beds. I also loved the hot baths, they were so relaxing and clean. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was nearly entirely on beans and absolutely delicious!

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The breakfast offered in the hotel were delightful and varied during our stay. We also appreciated the helpful and kind staff who assisted us with our luggage upon arrival. The location proved to be convenient for exploring the nearby attractions in the area such as the public hot springs and the local bus terminal. Another benefit was the cozy and comfortable room that had a nice traditional touch to it.

The parking lot was limited and not very spacious, making it difficult to park our car. communicating with the personnel in English proved to be challenging and sometimes frustrating.

The breakfast was satisfying and we really appreciated the variety of options offered. the location was spot on - only a short walk away from the bustling city center, which was perfect for sightseeing and trying out some of the local restaurants. Plus, the staff was courteous and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed about the area.

The lack of payment options really dampened our experience. We had no idea that cash was the only form of payment accepted, and ended up having to make a long trek to find an ATM that charged expensive withdrawal fees.

Great location, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast. This hotel offered everything I needed for a perfect stay. It was near all the interesting places in this city. Also, it was really close to the center, only a few minutes' walk to the famous places I wanted to visit. The hotel facility was very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff was warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very Japanese style.

There was nothing I didn't like.
